The unit provides control in the isochronous mode, with droop available through an externally-wired potentiometer. The isochronous mode is used for constant speed of the controlled prime mover as long as it is able to provide power to satisfy the load. For more information, please visit here. With built-in flexible configuration software, application variations can now be selected using an external computer PC. Changing the application to accommodate engine speed range, gear teeth, and selection of forward or reverse acting is simply a matter of software setup.

These actuators are suitable for speed governing on generator sets, forklifts, pump sets, wood chippers, pleasure boats, and many types of off-road vehicles.

The actuators are easily mounted near the fuel system and direct connected to the fuel control rod or lever. In most installations, the normal rotary-to-rotary connection is eliminated, resulting in a more trouble-free and accurate control system.

Or, we can custom design one for your exact specifications. Independent programmable proportional, integral, and derivative gains provide custom governor response to diverse engine applications. The COMM port provides access to all other controller settings, allowing adaptation to each application during service and initial configuration.

The DSLC-2 combines synchronizer, load sensor, load control, dead bus closing system, VAR, power factor and process control, all in one powerful package. A complete measurement and protection package, it easily configures to Utility-to-Generator, Generator-to-Generator, or Utility-to-Utility systems for open, delayed, or closed-transition transfer with synch-check to ensure the smoothest possible transfer.

High-end features like transfer inhibit, source priority selection, load shed, motor load disconnect, elevator pre-signal, and engine exerciser timers come standard in this incredibly versatile, cost-effective control. Many of the moving parts normally associated with electric actuators are eliminated, prolonging the mean time between failure. These DYNA actuators are suitable for installation on diesel, gasoline, or natural gas engines with fuel system force requirements of less than 13 pounds 58 N of force.

Both actuators are easy to install by mounting near the fuel system and direct connecting to the fuel control rod or lever. When DC current flows in the coil, the magnetic force moves the armature in the stator. This linear motion is transformed into rotary motion through a crank arm that forms part of the output shaft. The actuators can also be used in remote positioning and load control systems.

Actuators have output work capacities of 1, 4, 6, and 8 ft-Ibs. No special requirements are needed for mounting the DYNA actuator on the engine. It can be located at any convenient position since there are no requirements for a mechanical drive or oil connections.

The easYlite may be used where an additional status display is required, which is directly connected to the generator control unit. The compact design permits easy mounting and the ergonomically designed faceplate provides immediate identification of the system status.

Features include: 14 configurable red status LEDs 4 pre-assigned engine alarm LEDs Self-diagnostic checks 1 relay output to operate an external horn or alarm Panel configuration via PC and RS interface For more information, please visit here. During normal operation, the electronic control and actuator section of the EGB regulates fuel to the prime mover.

Upon loss of electronic control signal, the standard EGB is adjusted to cause prime mover shutdown. An electronic, pneumatic, or manual starting device is then used to allow prime mover starting and operation under ballhead control. It is designed for use with an automatic voltage regulator and a speed control to automate and protect diesel or gas engine based generator sets. Designed for small- to medium-sized generator sets, the EGCP-2 can be configured to operate stand-alone or by utility paralleled sets.

A network of EGCP-2 controls is capable of controlling up to eight unmanned generator sets for base-load, peak shaving, or backup power generation. All EPG systems include an actuator, an electronic speed control, and magnetic pickup. Both isochronous and droop controls are available.

The EPG is designed for precise speed control of diesel, gas, or gasoline engines, and gas turbines. The governor is especially suited to prime movers without a mechanical drive or hydraulic oil supply for the governor, and which have low-mass, low-friction fuel linkages. A network of the compact, versatile GCP controls is capable of controlling up to 14 gensets with automatic sequencing.

The GCP Series is well known in the market for highly reliable soft- and hardware.
